Download Payment Options and Where to Get Help
When you place an order with Scourby.com you will have two options:
1. Our credit card processor
2. Pay Pal
3. Cards accepted: At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard both Debit Cards and Credit Cards and American Express.
4. Fees: Master Card and or Visa or the Bank that issued your card may charge a small fee when you use the card for International or cross border payments. So if you see an additioanl small charge, please check with them to determine their policy. Neither our processor or Pay Pal charges any extra fees they only charge for the price of the download.
Name on Billing Statement: The billing on your credit card statement will show as: Scourby.com
Information Required for Credit Card Transactions: We are an authorized Visa and MasterCard merchant. In order to process and verify your credit card, it is necessary to collect your name, address, and credit card account number. The transmission of this information is completed over a secure link. You will be connected using a secure (SSL) connection and all information is transmitted in an encrypted form. All of the information you provide to us will be held in strictest of confidence and will not be passed on to any third parties.
Amount Billed and Download Time: Total amount billed to your credit card will be the total amount in your shopping cart when you place your order. After payment is approved the download will be possible immediately. These are large files and download time will vary depending on your download speed, so please be patient.
Free Video Downloads: Once your order is approved you will receive an email with the download links for the two FREE videos. (The Indestructible Book and The Prophecy of Israel) This will appear in "My Free Videos" in Download Menu.
Problems with Downloads: If you have any problem with your download, please email us immediately at info@scourby.com. Tell us what your problem is and we will get a solution out to you within 24 hours or less. If you have any comments good or bad we want to hear from you. It’s only by hearing from you that we can make things better. We also would like to hear all your positive comments as well and with your permission we would love to post them on our testimonial page.
